"Beyond Buttercream"       

 

 

    All cakes are iced with Vanilla Swiss meringue Buttercream, smooth in texture, rich in flavor. They are then covered in white chocolate  fondant to achieve a beautiful, porcelain finish.  Shugee's fondant is made from scratch ensuring superior taste and ingredients.  Custom designed cakes *start* at $3.75 per serving.  Please note that prices may vary depending upon the intricacy of the design and flavors selected.  There is a 25% non-refundable deposit on all orders and the balance is due two weeks prior to delivery.  Delivery and set-up fee is $25.   Minimum order $200.

THE CLASSIC- Our signature cake.  Moist vanilla sour cream cake filled with raspberry Swiss meringue.

TIRAMISU- White cake layers soaked with coffee-laced syrup.  We then fill it with cream cheese icing dusted with cocoa and finished with chocolate shavings.

NEAPOLITAN- 3 layers of cake, strawberry, chocolate and vanilla, filled with vanilla Swiss meringue.

CHOCOLATE RASPBERRY TRUFFLE- Chocolate decadent cake brushed with Chambord and filled with chocolate ganache and a *hint* of raspberry preserves.

CINNAMON ROLL- Cinnamon butter cake filled with brown sugar cream cheese icing.

TUXEDO- Alternating layers of black and white cake filled with whipped chocolate ganache.  Striking...                                                                                                 

LEMON MERINGUE PIE- Lemon zest cake  filled with lemon curd and vanilla Swiss meringue.

TURTLES- Layers of dark chocolate cake filled with caramel and pecans

STRAWBERRY CHEESECAKE- Layers of vanilla cream cheese cake filled with strawberry cream cheese icing.

KAHLUA AND CREAM- Vanilla cake layers drizzled with Kahlua liquor then filled with Kahlua & cream mousse.

RASPBERRY ZINGER- Vanilla cake layers filled with raspberry and coconut filling.

MEXICAN HOT CHOCOLATE- Dark chocolate cake filled with Mexican hot chocolate buttercream laced with cayenne, cinnamon and sweet ancho chile pepper.

LEMON & BLUEBERRY- Zesty lemon cake filled with two layers of blueberry meringue and one layer of lemon curd mousse.  Refreshing.
